So this leper's friends try to cheer him up by suggesting he go out to the local bar and grill. It took some persuasion, and a few drinks, but he finally went along with it for a night out. At the bar, he had a couple beers, and shortly after the food came, he saw others were laughing at him. "All right!" he exclaimed, "I knew this would happen!" But his friends stopped him leaving: "No, wait! They're not laughing at you."
"Oh yeah? he says: "Then who?
"They're laughing at the guy who keeps dipping his bread in your back ...
